Service Description

This is the starter course where the two main chakras – Ajna chakra and Mooladhara chakra are initiated, and the aspirant is taught to meditate in these chakras. Ajna and Mooladhara are the two most important chakras for seekers in the spiritual path. When aspirants meditate in these two chakras, they learn to balance the Kundalini energy in the body which will elevate them into higher levels of consciousness and take them deeper in spirituality.
