"3 hours with us will transform your life" This is a specialised and comprehensive meditation programme, where all 9 chakras are initiated and the aspirant is taught the techniques to meditate in all the chakras. Meditating in each chakra unleashes its own power (Kundalini energy) and the aspirant experiences and explores the benefits that elevates his life to higher levels of awareness. When a seeker practices meditation sincerely in each of these chakras, s/he eventually finds that chakras are the Real Home (touchstones of the soul) for a seeker and settles there.
