Most people today are familiar with the seven-chakra system. However, very few know of the complete nine-chakra system, which includes two hidden chakras that are not found in any surviving scriptures or textbooks.
Only through the grace of HH Guruji Sundar have these hidden chakras been revealed to us at Aathman Awareness Centre. These two subtle centres are the Pidari Kan (Mane) Chakra and the Manonmaniyam Chakra. They open dimensions of meditation that go far beyond what is commonly known and should be approached with sincerity, maturity, and divine grace.

Pidari Kan (Mane) Chakra
The Pidari Kan Chakra is located at the back of the human head, near the ganglion portion of the brain. Meditation on this chakra allows a yogi to learn about previous births through divine visions. Information from past lives may be revealed in any order, entirely as decided by God's grace. These glimpses are not governed by personal choice but unfold according to divine will.
While meditating in this chakra, a yogi can also reverse the body's clock. Another unique aspect of this chakra is that it can be used to attract another person's attention. HH Guruji Sundar explains that both Mahavira and Buddha instructed their disciples to meditate on this chakra—not out of curiosity about previous births, but to help them realise how they had lived before, understand the mistakes they had repeatedly made, and ensure that the present life was not wasted in the same way.
The revelations received through this chakra can sometimes be deeply shocking. One may discover that a present-day relationship existed in an entirely different form in a previous birth—for example, one's present wife may have been one's mother in another lifetime, or similar unexpected relationships may be revealed. For this reason, one should approach this chakra only when truly prepared for whatever God's grace chooses to reveal.

Manonmaniyam Chakra
(The Centre for the Mind)
The Manonmaniyam Chakra is known as the chakra for the mind. It is approximately located at the centre of the Thuriam, Ajna, Pidari Kan, and Vishuddhi chakras. Physically, it is associated with the region near the inner tongue—the subtle place where one experiences a sensation while swallowing saliva.
Yet, it is also the only chakra that can neither be physically touched nor physically indicated. Every meditator has to discover and settle into this centre through their own meditation.
This chakra is regarded as the nerve centre of the mind.
A yogi should meditate in this centre to fully understand the functioning of the mind. As mastery over one's own mind develops, the patterns of other people's minds also become understandable. When one lives in this chakra, even one's thinking does not go wrong.
Meditation in this centre brings spiritual ecstasy while allowing one to meditate for long periods without bodily discomfort. Unlike certain other chakras, it neither heats nor cools the body. It remains a completely neutral centre and does not produce unwanted physical side effects.
This chakra is especially suited for those who wish to understand the mind and its patterns. Gaining mastery over the mind naturally leads to an understanding of the workings of other minds as well. If one finds it difficult to settle into this chakra during meditation, one must pray to Guruji with sincerity so that, through his grace, one may become established in it.
The hidden chakras are profound centres of yogic exploration. They are not meant to satisfy curiosity but to deepen awareness, understanding, and spiritual evolution. As with every higher aspect of yoga, they unfold not merely through effort, but through Guru and God's grace.
